Privacy Policy for Rakuten TV Employees
The data controller responsible for processing the data collected through this form is Grupo Binternational SL (hereinafter, “Grupo Binternational”, with address at Diego de León 57 2º centro derecha, Madrid and contact email info@grupobinternational.com).
The personal data provided to Grupo Binternational will be used to:
1) To carry out strategic studies on Rakuten TV in order to analyse the Rakuten TV office carbon footprint. For this purpose, the Employee will complete a questionnaire sent to him/her, thus accepting the processing of his/her data for this purpose. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until such time as the Employee withdraws their consent. If the Employee consents to the processing of his/her data for this purpose, he/she must tick the box provided for this purpose in the questionnaire.
2) To prepare the 2022 Rakuten TV Social Impact Report about the Rakuten TV office carbon footprint, in order to publish this report in 2023. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until you withdraw your consent.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
(a) Where the Employee is a natural person, the consent that he/she provides us with by providing us with his/her data in the carbon footprint measurement form.
The data may be communicated to the following third party recipients: external collaborators of the Grupo Binternational. In addition, the data may be communicated to the following categories of data processors: providers of electronic communications and online office automation or SaaS services such as survey tools.
Grupo Binternational may transfer personal data to Processors located in the United States of America that have signed up to the Privacy Shield, which is subject to an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250).
The interested party may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition or portability by sending an e-mail to rgpd@grupobinternational.com or by writing to Grupo Binternational, Diego de León 57 2º centro derecha, Madrid. In both cases, the letter must be accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card on both sides.
In the case of processing whose legitimacy is based on consent, the Employee has the right to withdraw said consent at any time. The interested party will have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in accordance with the legislation in force.
