The data controller responsible for processing the data collected through this form is Grupo Binternational SL (hereinafter, “Grupo Binternational”, with address at Diego de León 57 2º centro derecha, Madrid and contact email email@example.com).
The personal data provided to Grupo Binternational will be used to:
1) To carry out strategic studies on Rakuten TV in order to create the Rakuten TV materiality map. For this purpose, the stakeholder will complete a questionnaire sent to him/her, thus accepting the processing of his/her data for this purpose. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until such time as the Stakeholder withdraws their consent. If the Stakeholder consents to the processing of his/her data for this purpose, he/she must tick the box provided for this purpose in the questionnaire.
2) To prepare the 2022 Rakuten TV Social Impact Report about the material topics for Rakuten TV Stakeholders, in order to publish this report in 2023. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until you withdraw your consent.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
(a) Where the Stakeholder is a natural person, the consent and/or performance of the contract where the data subject is a party to the contract and the consent that he/she provides us with by providing us with his/her data in the materiality analysis form.
(b) Where the user represents a legal person, consent and/or, in relation to the data of contact persons, legitimate interest. In the latter case, the user undertakes to inform the contact persons of the content of this clause.
The data may be communicated to the following third party recipients: external collaborators of the Grupo Binternational. In addition, the data may be communicated to the following categories of data processors: providers of electronic communications and online office automation or SaaS services such as survey tools.
Grupo Binternational may transfer personal data to Processors located in the United States of America that have signed up to the Privacy Shield, which is subject to an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250).
The interested party may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition or portability by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to Grupo Binternational, Diego de León 57 2º centro derecha, Madrid. In the case of processing whose legitimacy is based on consent, the Stakeholder has the right to withdraw said consent at any time. The interested party will have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in accordance with the legislation in force. We inform you that failure to provide the requested information may imply the impossibility of formalising or fulfilling the object of the contract.
