I would define working with Grupo Binternational as “moving forward”. It’s the therapeutic process any company needs to get to know itself.
We needed their services because there’s always something that can be improved, and getting to know oneself and one’s colleagues better is an essential step. As we say in engineering jargon: it is necessary to know the machinery so that it is better oiled.
The biggest change I see is the engagement. And this comes from several actions, such as leadership development.
