Alfonso Roig
Inspirer of managers, teams and leaders. Visionary and inspiring. Genuine.
Alfonso Roig is an international consultant focused on business effectiveness. He has worked on company transformation. Paraphrasing Drucker, he believes that personal connection and trust eat processes for breakfast.
He helps leaders to align what they say with what they do and get great pleasure from reinventing the relationship between companies and employees. He implements a systemic framework for people management in the organisations and trains leaders and teams on how to work together.
His career includes two decades of consulting and management roles in family business and multinational companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
Today, he leads the consulting arm of Grupo Binternational, a Spanish-based boutique consultancy that helps organisations shine and change the world. He lives in Barcelona.
With a direct and clarifying discourse, his talks teach us to build healthy relationships within organisations and to find opportunities for improvement in adverse situations.
“We have a chance in front of us to be better. But it requires courage and questioning the status quo”.
Authentic and irreverent, Alfonso teaches us that ego, fear of expressing ourselves and saying things, resentment and victimhood keep us away from our objective.
As a speaker, he is able to connect with audiences on uncomfortable issues that leaders face day-to-day and that prevent them from moving forward.
His more than 20 years of experience in multinationals and 8 years in radio have led him to speak at business schools and summits about the people management challenges that organisations face.
