Grupo Binternational has been in a process of growth since 2012 that has brought us to an understanding of what our purpose is: to build organisations where people feel well, are engaged and perform at their best.
We help American and European companies, family-owned and multinational, operating in Spain and other markets, as well as Spanish companies with subsidiaries in Europe, North Africa and Latin America.

Our history
SINCE 2012…
2012
Foundation
Binternational is born at a time when many young Spaniards are looking abroad for work. As a recruitment consultancy, Binternational connects talent with companies overseas.
2014
Especialization
We specialize in filling positions in the healthcare sector, especially in markets such as the United Kingdom and Ireland.
2017
Redefining strategy
We redefine our strategy and focus on recruiting profiles for industrial and international companies in the food, automotive, aeronautics, ceramics, energy, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, chemical and packaging industries, as well as retail and hospitality industries.
We successfully undertake international projects for Spanish companies, especially in EMEA and LATAM.
2019
New challenges
We launch B2B recruitment, our selection service for executive profiles in General Management, Sales, Marketing and People.
We emphasize the recruitment of medium and high level profiles.
Boost, our strategic transformation launcher for human resources, is born.
2020
Pandemic
The pandemic shows us that the key lies in staying close to our customers, keeping it simple and being there for them when they need us most. It also teaches us we need to improve their experience as well that of our employees and partners.
2021
Unification of services
We unify our services, launch complementary services and become Grupo Binternational. Why? Because we’ve evolved and suddenly everything is simpler.
2022
10º Anniversary
We celebrate ten years on this wild adventure!
2023
Strategy consolidation
We start training managers and CEOs with our methodology for attracting and managing people.
We launched Opn, the creative space where we work and get inspired.

IGNACIO BARRIENDOS HOPPICHLER
GB founder
In 2012, at the age of 23, Ignacio launched binternational with 3 partners. And the rest is history.
Energetic and non-conformist. Irreverent and disciplined. Yellow and red in a DISC test that we should repeat today. He challenges the status quo and frequently reads essays to find other answers.
Ignacio my be genetically predisposed to connect with people. If you know him, you know it. If you read him, too. But above all, he is an entrepreneur.
At 28 he became ESADE Executive’s youngest lecturer. And after a transition period, he realised he wanted to spend his energy showing the value of doing good as a wonderful way to feel better.
And this is how DoGood was born. A social tech supported from the beginning by GB from which companies involve their employees in their sustainability strategies.

Opn, where it all happens
Opn is the creative space of Grupo Binternational. In 2022 we decided to reform our offices and a collective reflection led us to create a place where many things happen today.
From Monday to Friday, the ideas of GB and DoGood grow here. Its large open room encourages collaborative work and team bonding, as we work with a hybrid model. It also hosts workshops for managers, project kick-offs, webinars and face-to-face interviews.
On evenings and weekends, Opn becomes magical and its privileged location becomes a meeting point for exhibitions, presentations, showrooms, and shootings as an inspiring venue.
Located on a rationalist building from 1930 from which we have rescued several original elements, Opn has become a new line of business with a social impact that we offer to non-profit organisations or associations linked to our employees.
