Leandro (Nano) de Gabriel (Salamanca, 1979) supports CEOs and executive committees in turning strategy into results by designing the right structure and building the right team.

He is the CEO of Grupo Binternational, a strategic consulting firm specialising in people and organisations. He joined the firm in 2017 and has led it since 2021.

His approach combines a deep understanding of each client’s context, the courage to challenge “the way it’s always been done”, and the ability to connect organisations with the new realities of today’s working world.
