The binternational Awards 2017 reward the professionals that represent excellence in the field of Human Resources. Key factores such as efficiency when choosing the best international talent for their company or the will of continous improvement are essential to select the winners. It is remarkable that 85% of the awarded companies are Spanish.

Spain is full of talent
The binternational Awards 2017 are back to brighten excellence in Human Resources. Thanks to their commitment with quality, binternational, the international and specialized recruitment agency, has acknowledged the skills and abilities of the best Human Resources professionals.

The weight and importance of the Spanish industry can be easily recognised in the list of winners, noticing that six out of seven awarded enterprises are headquartered in Spain. Companies such as Himoinsa, Grupo Segura o Auxiliar Conservera stand out thanks to having the best HR Directors in their departments.

In this new edition binternational has mantained the seven original categories, and has added up a new one (Best International Consultant), that awards the special efforts made by their best international recruitment agency.

Emphasising the importance of recruitment

‘Human Resources exemplify a great competitive advantage inside any organization, since good recruitment practices impact directly in the Profit & Loss account’ claims Leandro de Gabriel, Business Relations Manager at binternational. ‘Adding the adequate talent to your company lowers the risk: rotation can be reduced, work environment improves, and a powerful reputation in the sector can be achieved. All of this can be turn into a turnover increase. For all these reasons, we feel obliged to highlight those who, from an HR perspective, contribute to add an extra value to their companies’.

The binternational Awards 2017 have been received with great surprise by the winners, that did not know the election of their candidature. The background for these awards is a product of the daily work from binternational consultants who, in constant contact with the recruitment and HR managers from a huge variety of companies, propose a candidature and defend their proposal internally.
