For the third year in a row, LinkedIn has unveiled the names of the companies that lead the ranking of recruitment agencies that have built up the best experience for candidates and for clientes. The 2017 list, that acknowledges the work of the different recruitment brands from all around the world, highlights the importance of the work done specifically by the marketing department and the participation of the recruitment teams in the use of the above-mentioned social network.
The only Spanish Recruitment Agency in the ‘Boutique’ category
The main methodology used to discover the corporations with the best connection with their audience has been the analysis of thousands of measuring points, such as interactions with their posts, the value of its employer brand or the compromise with its collaborators, analysed between September 2016 and August 2017.
